Hi, I’m Marianne—though most people call me Maz.

I work remotely from the picturesque suburb of Mosman, just 6km from the iconic Sydney Opera House. After earning my Master’s in Marketing Management in Queensland, I relocated to Sydney to launch my career—and I’ve never looked back.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of learning from exceptional mentors and collaborating with businesses of all sizes—from agile startups to large-scale enterprises. This journey has refined my expertise in digital marketing, eCommerce, and graphic design, and fuelled a genuine passion for developing innovative strategies that deliver real results.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs spanning real estate, tourism, retail, and psychology, I gained hands-on experience in business operations from an early age. Today, I continue to support our family-owned hotel by leading its marketing strategy remotely from Sydney, while also advancing my studies in digital marketing. These experiences have strengthened my skills in campaign development, digital transformation, and sustainable business growth.

In 2025, I founded MDM, where I now serve as Managing Director. With more than a decade of experience in building strong client relationships and creating impactful sales strategies—particularly within the FMCG sector—I’ve helped businesses at every stage scale with confidence and clarity.

I’m also a lifelong learner. In addition to my Master’s degree, I hold a Diploma in Graphic Design and a Certificate in Digital Marketing & eCommerce. This blend of strategic insight and creative execution allows me to craft campaigns that are not only effective but also visually compelling.
